Digital Templates
Because downloadable templates are digital products that can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final once files, source access or a download link has been delivered. If a file is materially defective or inaccessible, contact KEYDIV so the issue can be corrected.
Duplicate or Accidental Charges
If you believe you were charged twice or a payment was processed in error, contact info@keydiv.com with the order details so the transaction can be reviewed.
Custom Project Deposits
Custom website, development and automation work may require a deposit before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments covering work already completed, reserved production time or third-party costs are non-refundable.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a custom project, contact KEYDIV as early as possible. Any refund or remaining balance will be assessed based on the written project agreement, work completed and non-recoverable costs.
Exceptions
Where applicable consumer law provides rights that cannot be excluded, those rights remain unaffected by this policy.
