License Grant
When you purchase a KEYDIV template, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that template for one end website or one client project, unless a different license is stated at checkout or in writing.
Permitted Use
- Customize design, content, colors, imagery and code for the licensed website.
- Use the finished website commercially for your own business or the single client project covered by the license.
- Deploy the finished website to your own hosting or supported deployment platform.
Not Permitted
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the source template as a template, starter kit or competing product.
- Publish the template files in public repositories or download libraries.
- Use one license for multiple unrelated websites unless a multi-site license is purchased.
- Claim the original template design system as your own product for resale.
Third-Party Assets
Some demos may use placeholder images, fonts, icons or services that have their own licenses. Unless explicitly included, third-party assets shown in a demo are not automatically transferred with the template.
Custom Work
If Allae customizes a template for you, the underlying KEYDIV template remains subject to this license while your supplied content, branding and project-specific materials remain yours.
